Asthma Patients’ Allergy Self-Assessment

The Balancing Act campaign aims to raise awareness of the link between asthma and seasonal allergies, and to help you understand how to manage the symptoms of both conditions together in order to stay healthy and enjoy daily activities more.

You may not have been previously aware of the strong link between asthma and seasonal allergies. Keep Your Balance explains this link and informs you about ways to help manage your symptoms.

This Web site also provides information on available treatment options for patients with asthma and seasonal allergies. It also includes a self-assessment questionnaire to help you decide if you need to discuss your symptoms with your physician.
